What is Radiesse?

Radiesse is an FDA approved new generation filler that is versatile in its application. It is used for both reconstructive and cosmetic purposes. It is made of a calcium- based microsphere that is suspended in a natural gel. The results are natural looking and long lasting (up to one year).

How does Radiesse affect the body once it’s injected?

Radiesse works with your body and actually rebuilds your skin’s foundation. The calcium-based microspheres form a foundation that support and stimulate the growth of your own collagen.

Is there any down time?

While you may return to your normal activities, there can be some swelling that lasts up to 72 hours. Bruising is also common but is nicely controlled with topical ice application.

Do I need more than one treatment?

Radiesse is indicated to last from 1-2 years depending on where it is injected. During your consultation, Dr. Dadurian will help you determine whether or not you need more than one treatment

Radiesse can be used for facial contouring techniques such as non-surgical rhinoplasty and non- surgical chin implants.
